Popular Chinese Hakka restaurant Bombay Chopsticks suffered a massive loss after burning down back in 2018 during a fire in the strip mall it is part of. But now, the restaurant has reopened its doors and is back to serving loyal customers Chinese, Indian, and Thai food.
Back in 2018, Bombay Chopsticks was one of the handfuls of establishments that had to close its doors to the public after a fire broke out at the Heart Sushi restaurant in Bristol and Hurontario in Mississauga. The east and westbound Bristol Road had to be blocked at Highway 10 along with the north and southbound highways.
But now, Bombay Chopsticks has started churning up fusion cuisine once more, this time on 127 Queen St. S. in Streetsville where Mondello’s restaurant used to be. The re-opening of the restaurant welcomes multi-cuisine food entries, such as their famous Manchurian Chicken Dry, Kung Pao, and Crispy Beef.
The staff and owners of Bombay Chopsticks are more than happy to open up their branch to the people of Mississauga. “At the core of any great Chinese Restaurant, there is a desire to develop and provide a truly extraordinary dining experience,” shares the establishment’s official website. “At Bombay Chopsticks, the courses are built on seasonal properties, utilizing only the freshest, most delicious ingredients available.
