A popular vegan restaurant and bakery in Hamilton is gearing up to offer its mouth-watering and healthy meals to neighboring areas very soon. Some of the cities that will benefit from this expansion are the cities of Mississauga, Burlington, Milton, Oshawa, and Niagra.
The dairy-free and meatless meals of Hearty Hooligan will soon move across borders as the restaurant has announced that it will be making its products available to vegan food lovers in other Canadian cities in the Ontario region. In an Instagram post, the company said that its animal and cruelty-free products will be shipping out from Ottawa Street N. This progression could signal a new revolution for the particular restaurant and many others as people open up more to delivered food options as a mode of dining.
According to the restaurant, customers can “order before noon the day before” and get into their next delivery run. What that means is people in Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Halton Hills, and Waterdown can receive their meals tomorrow if they ordered today before the clock strikes 12 mid-day. Their delivery fee will be $10 or $5 for orders that exceed $50 in total billing. By jumping on the delivery system bandwagon, The Hearty Hooligan hopes to grow its revenue while also serving more people who are lacking vegan options as it is.
The Hearty Hooligan is a restaurant started by Coven, a vegan grocery, bakery, and deli that’s located in the 900 block of Main Street East, Hamilton. Some of the restaurant’s bestsellers include meals such as the Pepperoni & Cheese Pizza Pocket, “Meat” Lovers Pizza Pocket, Greasy Spoon Breakfast, BLT, Turkey Bacon Club, Anti Warrior Burrito, and so on. And while the name might sound like it, all their menu options are 100% vegan, using alternatives that bring their patrons the amazing taste of some of the general eaters’ favorites but with a healthy twist.
Menus and delivery details are available on The Hearty Hooligan’s website.
